green grading and coffee cupping appraisals

We have "state of the art" analytical and sample roasting equipment and the technical and professional expertise to fully appraise Arabica green coffee.  We can provide the following services:

  • Green coffee grading including moisture testing and bulk density. 

  • SCAA Cupping including sca cupping score with full breakdown on cupping attributes. 

  • full feedback - with cupping profile and certification including Feedback on evident taints and faults and  an action plan to address these issues.  

The minimum green sample size is 350g nett of Green Arabica Bean.

These samples MUST BE FULLY REPRESENTATIVE of the entire lot. 

We will not certify any lots unless they are physically inspected , graded and cupped.
